What they need
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
- Install and update operating systems, software, antivirus programs, and security tools.
- Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software, and licenses.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential technical problems.
- Ensure company data and systems are protected against unauthorized access and security threats.
- Liaise with external IT service providers when specialized technical support is required.
- Train and guide staff on the proper use of computers, software, and other IT systems.
- Prepare IT reports and recommend improvements to the organization’s technology systems.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
