What they need
Maintains company network infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages server backups, and ensures robust data security.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, and maintain office workstations, servers, and hardware devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, software errors, and firewall restrictions.
Manage user access credentials, software updates, and daily data backup sets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in this or a directly equivalent role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant certifications.
Strong experience with Windows/Linux OS, network protocols, firewalls, and active directory.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and patience with user technical support.
