IT Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related field. (Fresh graduates of any four-year bachelor’s degree with relevant IT experience may also be considered.)
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in IT Support, technical support, network administration, system administration, or a related field. Experience in supporting business operations and maintaining IT infrastructure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices; Basic Knowledge of network administration, troubleshooting, and connectivity; Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and OneDrive Knowledge of Active Directory, user account administration, and email management is an advantage; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Good communication and customer service skills; Ability to document IT activities and maintain accurate records.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality; Can work independently and with minimal supervision; Willing to travel to project sites when required; Able to respond to IT-related concerns promptly; Willing to render to overtime or provide technical support outside regular working hours when necessary; Willing to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php44,437.50 per month
