IT Officer

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive IT experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in managing IT operations, system implementation, and digital transformation.

a. Hardware & Software

• Computer troubleshooting
• Installing operating systems like:
• Microsoft Windows
• Hardware setup and maintenance

b. Networking

• LAN/WAN configuration
• Router and switch setup
• Internet connectivity troubleshooting

c. Systems & Security

• User account management
• Data backup and recovery
• Advance Knowledge in cybersecurity practices
• Advance knowledge in navigating and supporting the Accounting Systems such as Quickbooks Enterprises
• Knowledgeable in CCTV Installation, access and Maintenance, Door Access, Biometric System, and Payroll Systems

d. IT Support

• Helpdesk support
• Software installation
• Remote troubleshooting

e. Vendor and Procurement Management

• Technical Knowledge in vendor and procurement management of IT Systems and Implementation
• Project Management of all IT Systems of the Company
• Server Acquisition and project management
• SetUp of VPN and Firewall device

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
