Your skills

• 2-3 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to build relationships
• Excellent time management skill
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Fluent in Finnish and English language

Your tasks

• Provide day to day local/remote desktop support: Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals; imaging; basic network tasks, Hands & Eyes support, troubleshooting
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
