IT Operation / Coordinator (Remote, Freelance Retainer)

We run two websites, an AI marketing system and several vendor projects. We're looking for someone with basic web knowledge who is a strong user of AI tools: to keep these running, work with our vendors and SEO agency, and build small tools with AI coding tools as separate paid projects. Fresh graduates are welcome.

What you'll do

• Look after our websites (WordPress and Framer): uptime, backups, updates
• Run and maintain our AI marketing system, built with Claude Code
• Test features delivered by our software vendor and sign them off or send them back with clear notes
• Work with our SEO agency and web vendor: review their proposals and check their delivery
• Build new tools as quoted projects, starting with a personal tax relief advisor and add-ons for Bukku through its API

You'll fit if you have

• A diploma or degree in IT, computer science or a related field (fresh graduates and final-year students welcome)
• Basic knowledge of websites (WordPress or Framer) and HTML/CSS
• An understanding of what an API is and how systems connect (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Regular use of AI tools to build or fix things (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar)
• Patience to test step by step and write clear notes
• Clear written English and the ability to explain technical points simply
• Your own laptop and reliable internet

Terms

• Freelance monthly retainer for routine work.
• Remote, Monday to Friday; online meetings fortnightly and monthly
• 6-month engagement, renewable
