• Plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Identify delays, risks, and operational issues and take corrective action.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and management.
• Manage and supervise team members and allocate tasks effectively.
• Monitor team productivity, performance, and deadlines.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Establish and maintain efficient workflows and SOPs.
• Ensure projects meet company quality and delivery standards.
• Take ownership of operational problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO/Founder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or team management.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Branding, or IT/Advertising is preferred.
