What they need
Key responsibilities
- Use SQL to investigate transaction failures, timeouts, duplicates, status discrepancies, and other production issues
- Query and correlate data across multiple tables and sources to support transaction investigation
- Analyze transaction patterns, error trends, volumes, and operational data
- Develop SQL queries for investigation, monitoring, reconciliation, and operational reporting
- Maintain and improve Dynatrace dashboards for application, service, and transaction monitoring
- Develop DQL queries for dashboards, alerts, troubleshooting, and analysis
Candidate profile
Experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role
Experience with Dynatrace and DQL are preferred
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and production investigation
Experience working with application logs, monitoring tools, and production systems
Experience with Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar platforms is an advantage
