IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead

About the Role

Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead to join their team and take ownership of enterprise IT operations, infrastructure management, and workplace technology services. This role will be responsible for ensuring a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment while leading infrastructure projects, managing vendors, and supporting business continuity initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Management ,

Cybersecurity & Network Administration , and IT Operations Leadership , with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and support a modern digital workplace.

About the Requirements

• Lead end-to-end IT operations, user support services, endpoint management, and workplace technology to ensure excellent service delivery and high user satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, cloud services, Microsoft 365 environments, and identity management solutions.
• Oversee network operations and cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, VPNs, access management, vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage collaboration and communication platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, telephony systems, conference room technology, and hybrid workplace solutions.
• Drive infrastructure projects, vendor management activities, technology enhancements, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior technical role supporting enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, end-user computing, stakeholder management, project delivery, and vendor governance.
