IT Operations Associate

I. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring servers and infrastructure.

• Participate in on-call rotations for basic monitoring and support tasks.

• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and update technical documentation.

• Perform inventory of software.

• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

II. Others

• Actively supports and promotes the company’s mission, vision, and corporate values.
• Contributes to achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the Company.
• Executes duties with the necessary functional expertise and competencies.
• Ensures the successful attainment of at least "Meets Expectations" for OKRs and KPIs.
• Adheres to company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Undertakes any other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
