• IT Operations Requirement
• Monitoring wide range of applications
• Must have good knowledge in spoken and written English
• Works with a moderate degree of supervision
• Some knowledge on Microsoft servers.
• Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift)
• Minimum of 13 years of progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of applications as Support personnel and with customer service experience

• Monitoring , Troubleshoot and provide support to Production/UAT Applications
• Works within established procedures and practices.
• May perform one or more of the following: Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Production application
• Production servers
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Analyzes production issues and recommends strategy.
• Participate in performance monitoring and optimization
• Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task
• Performs actions based on business/operational needs.
• Verifies environment stability.
• Reviews documented processes for accuracy relevance.
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
