IT Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced IT Operations to manage and support daily IT operations across our cluster offices in Bangkok. The role is responsible for maintaining computers, software, network infrastructure, LAN/Wi-Fi, and office IT systems, while providing timely technical support to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support across multiple company offices
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Install and configure Windows, software, applications, drivers, and required tools
• Prepare computers and IT equipment for new employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues
• Manage and maintain office LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network equipment
• Troubleshoot IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and general network connectivity issues
• Monitor and maintain office Internet and network performance
• Support and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall and related network security configurations
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers, building management, and external IT vendors

About you

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, IT Technician, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with computer hardware, Windows, software installation, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, switches, and routers
• Experience with network troubleshooting and office network infrastructure
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Able to communicate effectively with international employees and external vendors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel between company offices when required
