What they need
- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks and hardware.
- Provide IT technical support to employees and resolve daily IT issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, internet, software and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and system configurations.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates and backups.
- Monitor network and system performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Install and configure computers, software, printers and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper inventory of equipment.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when required.
- Assist in implementing IT security procedures and protect company data.
- Prepare basic IT reports and documentation.
- Carry out other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
