IT Operations Engineer (IDC)

Core Responsibilities

• Standardized O&M & SLA Assurance: Strictly follow SOPs for daily operation and ticket delivery to ensure SLA compliance and operational accuracy.
• Server Maintenance & Vendor Management: Lead hardware troubleshooting and repair for self-maintained servers; coordinate third-party vendor resources and spare parts to reduce MTTR.
• Network Operations & Cabling Support: Handle network equipment racking, debugging, and fault repair; support light cabling and patch cord management within racks.
• Daily Inspection & Incident Reporting: Perform routine environment and equipment inspections to proactively identify risks; report anomalies promptly and assist with emergency response.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Familiar with common server brands, network devices, optical modules, and fiber cables; strong ability to quickly diagnose and flexibly resolve system, hardware, and network issues.

• Soft Skills: Clear and logical communication; strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities; prior team management experience is a plus.

• Languages: Fluency in at least two of the following languages is preferred: Chinese, English, or Indonesian.
