IT Operations Engineer Intern (September & October 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk Support: Provide first-line technical troubleshooting for office desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and standard office applications.
• Infrastructure Deployment: Assist senior engineers in network cabling staging, router/switch installations, and cleanroom Wi-Fi access point setups.
• IT Asset Control: Track, log, and organize the company's IT inventory (laptops, monitors, software licenses) inside the digital asset management system.
• System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring server room environments, checking network uptime, and flagging server alerts to the engineering team.
• Documentation & 5S: Maintain detailed digital operational logs, update IT setup standard operating procedures (SOPs), and keep the server room aligned with strict 5S guidelines.
• Ad-Hoc Technical Tasks: Complete other engineering-related administrative duties assigned by the IT Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Education Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Academic Baseline: CGPA of 2.75 and above is highly preferred, demonstrating strong dedication and responsibility.

• Availability: MUST be able to commence full-time internship by September 2026 (Minimum duration of 3 to 6 months).

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, Active Directory (AD), PC hardware assembly, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Working Attitude: Proactive learning mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
