About the role

Manage and participate in team execution of IDC data center duty as required by Alibaba Cloud. Respond to incidents and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with SLA requirements
• Perform risk analysis for responsible IDC sites or campuses, identify potential risks, and establish risk control measures
• Continuously optimize EOP and SOP processes
• Master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them
• Independently complete all tickets and assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Independently analyze and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios
• Lead the team to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks
• Coordinate projects, optimize processes, establish technical standards, and drive cross-team collaboration

About you

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or other related majors
• At least 3 years of experience in IT operation field
• Proficient in incident analysis and driving optimization measures
• Strong team management ability
• Skilled in cross-team and cross-cultural communication
• Skilled in team management and project coordination
• Available for work shift
• Fluent in Thai as native speaker
• Good command of English
