Job Overview

The First Sol is looking for a motivated, responsible, and quick-learning IT Operations Intern with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates interested in server monitoring, system management, technical operations, and team coordination.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training according to the company's requirements and will work closely with the CEO and development team. The role includes monitoring technical systems, reporting issues, supporting daily operations, and coordinating with team members.

When the CEO is unavailable, the candidate will help coordinate technical tasks, follow up with the team, and ensure that important operational matters are communicated and addressed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor company servers, systems, and technical services to help ensure they remain active and operational.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and report technical issues to the relevant team members.
• Coordinate with developers and the technical team regarding ongoing tasks, system issues, and project updates.
• Support daily technical operations and help ensure smooth workflow across the team.
• Coordinate with team members and follow up on pending tasks when the CEO is unavailable.
• Communicate important updates, delays, and technical concerns to the CEO or relevant team lead.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate person when necessary.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the development and Business Development (BD) teams.
• Learn and follow company procedures, technical tools, and operational workflows.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in IT operations, system management, servers, and technical support.
• Basic knowledge of computers, the internet, or software systems is preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are a plus.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Confidence in communicating with team members and management.
• Willingness to learn new technical tools and processes through training.
• Responsible, proactive, punctual, and able to handle assigned tasks independently.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

No advanced technical experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate based on company needs. A positive attitude, good communication, confidence, and a willingness to learn are essential.
