IT Operations Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform 24×7 IDC data center duty as required by customer

2. Respond to incidents and execute work orders (including ad-hoc tasks) per SLA

3. Be familiar with IDC environment and monitoring systems; identify risks through inspections; handle emergencies quickly and accurately per EOP; complete incident records and preliminary reports

4. Master the ticketing system and SOPs; independently execute all tickets with zero errors and meet SLA targets

5. Be familiar with IDC switches, servers and cabling installation/rack/deployment/maintenance standards; complete site surveys, on-site supervision, minor works and issue feedback

Requirements:

1. Microsoft Office and basic IT equipment knowledge

2. Clear and logical expression, polite listening

3. Team spirit and mutual support

4. Self-discipline and self-management

5. English as working language; Chinese is a plus (not mandatory)
