Job Summary

Responsible for executing End of Day task and monitor the availability of the system.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for executing End of Day task (Daily , Monthly , Quarterly , Yearly).

Monitor the availability of the system.

Coordinate with the system owner to solve problems in a timely manner so as not to affect the Bank's system.

Make a summary report according to various tasks.

Able to perform duties beyond the normal working hours of the bank for both work Outside of normal working hours and on holidays.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Computer or related fields.

Experience in support or IT services.

Service minded.

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

Basic knowledge of information technology.
