What they need
- Memantau (memonitor) dan mendukung operasional harian seluruh sistem IT perusahaan.
- Memastikan server, aplikasi, dan peralatan infrastruktur IT berjalan dengan lancar dan optimal (run smoothly).
- Melakukan penanganan masalah teknis awal (troubleshooting) dan melakukan eskalasi terkait sistem operasional harian.
Job Requirements
- S1 (Sarjana) jurusan Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang terkait.
- Sertifikasi ITIL 4 Foundation (wajib); minimal satu sertifikasi produk atau teknologi relevan dari: Cisco (minimal CCNA); CompTIA (Network+ atau Security+); Microsoft; VMware; atau sertifikasi teknologi setara yang diakui.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang manajemen server, aplikasi, dan infrastruktur operasional IT.
- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu, dengan kemampuan komunikasi dan penanganan masalah (problem solving) yang baik.
