IT Operator

Our client is a well known insurer and they are now looking for high calibers to fill up the above positions :

Responsibilities

• Operate Data Center equipment and console systems in full compliance with SOPs and policies.

• Work 7x24 shifts to manage overnight and weekend production batch runs and output processing.

• Manage daily backup cycles, handle media/tape rotations, and maintain peripheral hardware (printers, drives).

• Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to relevant parties for fast resolution.

• Timely notify stakeholders during Data Center operational incidents.

• Assist with system maintenance, command executions, software deployments, and broadcast messages.

Requirements

• Solid relevant working experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
