IT PMO / BA (AM-Mgr)

Position Summary

Acts as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate IT projects and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Coordinate IT projects, timelines, and issue tracking
• Liaise with users, internal teams, and vendors
• Support UAT and project documentation
• Prepare project status and risk reports
• Manage vendor deliverables, quotations, and support agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience as BA, IT BA, PMO, Project Coordinator, Application Coordinator, or IT Consultant
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of IT applications and systems
• Experience working with outsourced vendors
• English communication skills (TOEIC 600+)

Preferred

• Insurance industry experience
