What they need
Jobdesc:
Coordinate with the Procurement team and other relevant stakeholders to manage the entire lifecycle of digital vendor engagements, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract termination.
Ensure that digital vendor service delivery is aligned with project requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the quality and governance standards established by management.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology service providers for all matters related to digital services.
Req:
Minimum 4 years experience in IT PMO
Strong understanding of technology contract management, including commercial terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and third-party vendor management.
Knowledge of applicable regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements related to procurement processes and vendor engagements.
Ability to perform cost analysis and efficiency assessments, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Cost Efficiency Analysis, for third-party services and solutions.
Strong risk analysis and assessment capabilities.
