About the role

As a pioneer in lease financing operating for more than 50 years, we are seeking a project management leader to oversee our IT project portfolio, ensure governance and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement project management frameworks, templates, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Oversee IT project portfolio, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Track KPIs for project success (scope, time, cost, quality)
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate resolution of escalated issues
• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators
• Introduce tools and techniques for better project visibility and efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 5 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
