The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to drive business process automation and digital transformation.

• Implementing end-to-end applications, workflows, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs) while ensuring security and compliance standards are met.

• Gathering business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, and translating needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Supporting ongoing operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing solutions, providing enhancements, and training business users to maximize adoption and value. Support critical production issues and ensure high availability & business continuity.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and technologies

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams

• Ability to document solutions, train end-users, and promote adoption of Power Platform tools

• Familiarity / Hands-on experience creating and deploying Copilot agents and integrating AI-driven capabilities into Power Platform solutions

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5+ years of experience in application development, solution design, or related IT field

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

• Experience designing and developing model-driven and canvas Power Apps to automate business processes and improve user experience

• Strong knowledge of Power Automate for building complex workflows, approvals, and system integrations

• Understanding of governance, security roles, solution management, and best practices in a Power Platform environment

• Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL, and Azure SQL as data sources and integration points.
