IT Presales Engineer

About the role

This role involves analyzing customer Terms of Reference (TORs) and business requirements to design solutions aligned with project specifications and customer needs. You will prepare technical proposals, compliance tables, bills of materials (BOM), cost models, and supporting documents for commercial proposals, while presenting solutions and providing technical consultation to customers and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer TORs and business requirements to design solutions that align with project specifications and customer needs
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance tables, bills of materials (BOM), cost models, and supporting documents for commercial proposals
• Present proposed solutions and provide technical consultation to customers and the sales team
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and partners to select suitable products and solutions and obtain competitive pricing
• Support public-sector bidding processes, from requirement analysis and solution design to proposal submission, project handover, and project team support
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC), solution demonstrations, and technical meetings
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and new products to develop and improve solutions that meet customer requirements

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 0–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Presales, Networking, IT Project Management, or System Integration
• Fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and genuine interest in technology are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of Network, Security, Server, Cloud, Software, or IT Infrastructure technologies
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
