Ensure the quality&maintenance of IT Asset&Configuration Item(CI) data within the ServiceNow CMDB.
Monitor Compliance with governance &its requirements.
Auditing.Analyze &optimize data quality,process&KPIs.
Required Candidate profile
Exp 10 to 15 years
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Asset, Configuration,
& Change Management. Exp working with international teams.Exp in ServiceNow with CMDB,Asset
