Role & responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, encompassing both software CAPEX and hardware acquisition to support organizational growth.
Execute comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in IT infrastructure investments.
Manage complex vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management to ensure favorable terms and service level agreements.
Develop category strategies covering license models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS), cloud consumption (IaaS/PaaS), hardware lifecycle and services.
Oversee OPEX buyer functions, ensuring that recurring technology costs are optimized and aligned with budgetary constraints.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing frameworks that mitigate supply chain risks and ensure the timely delivery of critical IT assets.
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable procurement strategies that enhance overall IT performance.
