IT Procurement Coordinator

Location: New Jersey | Primarily Remote (Local Candidates Only)

Experience: 3+ Years | Contract

Responsibilities

• Procure IT equipment, software, and licenses.
• Process purchase requisitions, POs, and service agreements.
• Use SAP S/4HANA and Coupa for procurement activities.
• Manage vendor coordination, invoices, and order discrepancies.
• Track telecom expenses and reconcile IT credit card charges.
• Maintain procurement spreadsheets and support financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Skills

• 2+ year of procurement experience with SAP S/4HANA and Coupa.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Must be local and available for onsite training 1–2 days per week, with additional office visits as needed
