Key Responsibilities
IT Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Assist in end-to-end IT procurement including requirement collection, techno-commercial comparison, PR/PO processing, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Liaise with OEMs, system integrators, and service providers for IT hardware, software, and support services.
Software & IT Contract Renewals
Track and process annual / periodic software license, SaaS, ARC/AMC renewals to avoid service disruption.
Support preparation and movement of NFA/BNFA, PR, PO and amendments for IT and software renewals.
Techno-Commercial Support
- Support techno-commercial documentation, approvals, records, and compliance as per approved SOPs. • Coordinate with Project, O&M, Finance, and Shared Services teams for smooth transactional flow.
