Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Procurement Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT procurement and purchasing activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT hardware, software, and services, obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating with vendors and OEMs, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely procurement to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, AMC, Rental peripherals, and related services.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from distributors, OEMs, and vendors.
• Compare pricing, lead times, availability, and commercial terms.
• Process RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, finance, and logistics teams.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase history, and vendor databases.
• Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.
• Support deal registrations and special pricing requests with OEMs.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLA adherence, and procurement KPIs.
• Assist in cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT products including servers, storage, networking, laptops, desktops, and software licensing.
• Experience in RFQ management and vendor coordination.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with distributors such as Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Redington, Tech Data, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with OEMs such as Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Microsoft, IBM, and VMware.
• Experience in international procurement and global sourcing will be an added advantage.
