About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement & Sales Support Specialist with a background in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Procurement within the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting IT leasing-based projects, with a strong understanding of vendor coordination, project costing, quotation management, and commercial terms.

This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Project Management, and IT vendors to ensure competitive procurement costs, accurate project costing, and smooth execution of IT leasing projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Procurement & Vendor Management

   • Coordinate with IT vendors, distributors, and leasing partners to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms.
   • Source IT hardware and infrastructure products, including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and related IT solutions.
   • Compare vendor quotations, evaluate costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
   • Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier documentation.

2. IT Leasing Project Support

   • Support Sales teams in preparing quotations and commercial proposals for IT leasing-based projects.
   • Coordinate with vendors and leasing companies regarding equipment pricing, lease periods, payment terms, and project requirements.
   • Track project procurement costs and maintain accurate records of equipment costs and supplier commitments.
   • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement arrangements align with project specifications and delivery timelines.

3. Project Costing & Commercial Management

   • Prepare and maintain project costing sheets, quotation comparisons, and cost breakdowns.
   • Analyze equipment costs, vendor pricing, leasing costs, and other relevant expenses to support project profitability.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring the required product specifications and service quality are maintained.
   • Support Sales and Finance teams in reviewing project margins, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

4. Sales Coordination & Administration

   • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales teams throughout the project sales cycle.
   • Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Finance, vendors, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
   • Maintain quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and project documentation.
   • Follow up on vendor quotations, procurement status, delivery schedules, and outstanding commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, IT Procurement, or a similar role within the IT industry.
• Experience in an IT System Integrator (SI), IT Solutions Provider, IT Distributor, or technology-related company is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting IT leasing-based projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in vendor coordination, quotation comparison, cost analysis, and commercial documentation.
• Good understanding of IT hardware, infrastructure products, and IT project requirements.
• Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, particularly for quotation comparison and project costing.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience supporting enterprise IT projects involving equipment leasing, rental, or long-term IT infrastructure arrangements will be highly preferred. Experience in project cost control and margin analysis will be a strong advantage.
