Job Description IT Product Manager / IT Process & Automation Manager

Role Summary

Lead digital transformation by understanding business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, driving end-to-end software delivery, coordinating with development teams, and implementing AI and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, wireframes and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, QA and business teams through the complete SDLC.
• Manage project timelines, sprint planning, UAT, deployment and production support.
• Identify automation opportunities across operations and implement AI-led solutions.
• Lead projects such as Speech Bot, WhatsApp Bot, Chatbots, OCR, workflow automation and self-service portals.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Monitor product roadmap, change requests and release management.
• Create SOPs, process documentation and user manuals.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative business solutions.

AI & Automation Expertise

Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Google Flow / Vertex AI workflows, OpenAI APIs, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, prompt engineering, AI agents, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, OCR and workflow automation.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 3 years in IT Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or Process Automation. Experience in Insurance, Roadside Assistance, Automotive, Mobility, Logistics or Field Service will be preferred.
