IT Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business & Strategy

• Market Ownership: Take the wheel of the assigned security portfolio, executing quarterly/annual business plans to smash revenue, profit, and pipeline targets.
• Strategic Penetration: Identify untapped opportunities and design account-penetration strategies for key Public Sector and GLC accounts.

Champion the Vendor Relationship

• Be the Face of the Portfolio: Act as the primary, trusted anchor between the company and key principal teams.
• Strategic Alignment: Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and align company's growth engine with vendor program goals.

Scale the Channel Ecosystem

• Partner Enablement: Recruit, coach, and activate strategic channel partners who specialize in government contracts.
• Deal Support: Conduct account mapping, drive partner certifications, and actively help your partners qualify and close high-value deals.

Engage Customers & Position Solutions

• Value Storytelling: Deliver compelling executive briefings, workshops, and presentations to C-level stakeholders, consultants, and public sector end-users.
• Translate Tech to Value: Demystify Cloud Security, Zero Trust, and SSE/SASE architectures into clear, undeniable business outcomes. (You’ll have a great pre-sales team to back you up on deep technical Proof of Concepts!)

Key Requirements:

We need a commercially sharp, relationship-driven technology professional who knows how to navigate the complex nuances of Malaysian government and GLC procurement.

• Experience: Have 10 years of experience across product management, business development, channel management, or solution consulting in the ICT/Cybersecurity space.
• Market Knowledge: Deep, proven experience engaging and building relationships within the Malaysian Public Sector, Government Agencies, or GLCs.
• Technical Grounding: A Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity. Well-equipped with technical background to discuss cloud security, infrastructure, or networking.
• Communication: An expert presenter who is equally comfortable talking tech with engineers and talking business outcomes with ministry directors.
