IT Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system support to ensure smooth running of MES, EAP, BI and related systems.
• Evaluate, analyze and identify business requirements, propose and implement IT system solutions to meet the requirements.
• Design system solutions, prepare functional specification and coordinate developments.
• Provide training to key users.
• Ensure that global IT solution templates and business rules are followed during project implementations, system support and process improvements.
• Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MES projects, specifically as a Main Functional Consultant within the Semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of leading at least 3 full-cycle MES implementations (covering Project Preparation, Requirements Gathering, Customization & Development, Testing, Training & Simulation, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live Support).
• Deep proficiency in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) workflows.
• Strong familiarity with BI (Business Intelligence) and Data Warehouse (DW) concepts and principles.
• Good command of English for professional communication.
