IT Program Manager - Billing and Subscription

Role summary  

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of the transformation program for a subscription stack, spanning a modern Subscription & Billing platform, Salesforce CRM and a unified customer engagement layer (Shopfront and Self-Care). 
Guide the program from planning through to implementation of a multi-wave program. 
  
Focusing on delivery of foundational capability, full system parity and subsequent enhancement waves. Ensuring the project manages scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.  
  
The role 

• Delivery of a modern Subscription & Billing platform, a Salesforce CRM, and a unified customer engagement layer (Shopfront and Self-Care) to improve speed-to-market and subscriber journey consistency.
• A phased rollout: foundation, a single brand, functional parity across all brands, and enhancement waves. Introducing improved capability around householding, delivery fee models, micropayments, and internationalisation.

Qualifications 

• 10+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs; 5+ years in subscription/commerce, media, or SaaS billing environments.
• Proven delivery of platform replacements or greenfield stacks (Subscription & Billing, CRM, portals) with phased migration and decommissioning.
• Deep familiarity with Subscription/Billing platforms, customer portals, paywall/entitlement and Salesforce CRM ecosystems.
• Mastery of program disciplines: integrated planning, budget control, vendor governance, risk management, dependency mapping, and executive communication.
• Leadership that influences cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, data, commercial) with clear, structured communication
