IT Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking an IT Program Manager for a contract job as a Fully remote . Ideally Looking for Program Manager (PgM) to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution and delivery and SCM exposure.

Pay Range: $68/hour - $70/hour. on w2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery governance.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments.
• Partner with engineering, product, QA, operations, business, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Establish program governance, reporting, dashboards, status reviews, and executive-level communications.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-functional blockers.
• Lead triage, defect management, RCA, and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization across program delivery.
• Track program financials, resource utilization, schedules, and overall delivery health.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, working sessions, and program reviews.
• Ensure effective transition, KT, release planning, and operational readiness.
• Leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to improve reporting, analysis, RCA, documentation, and overall program efficiency.

Qualifications:

• System IT implementation (SDLC).
• Strong hands-on System Program Management background.
• SCM exposure.
• 10-12 years of experience required.
