Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives with a focus on enterprise AI adoption, implementation, and transformation. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing strategic technology programs, and helping establish scalable AI capabilities across the organization.
• The ideal candidate combines strong IT program management fundamentals with hands-on experience supporting or establishing enterprise AI environments, including AI governance, use-case identification, platform implementation, data readiness, security, and organizational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology programs involving enterprise AI, digital transformation, data, cloud, applications, and infrastructure.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI use cases.
• Support the establishment of an enterprise AI operating model, including governance, standards, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate implementation of AI platforms, tools, and services across enterprise technology environments.
• Work closely with architecture, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resource plans.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate proof-of-concepts and transition successful AI initiatives into scalable production capabilities.
• Help establish standards for responsible AI, data privacy, security, model risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, training, and change management associated with new AI capabilities.
• Manage vendors, technology partners, consultants, and third-party implementation teams.
• Define and track program KPIs, benefits realization, and business outcomes.
• Identify cross-program dependencies and proactively resolve issues that could affect scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and program status effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
• Exposure to AWS and Azure platforms is a plus
