IT Program Manager – HR Technology & Transformation

Contract: €550 - €650 per day

Our clients are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with 5–10 years of project and programme management experience to lead the delivery of complex, global HR technology and transformation initiatives .

The role will take ownership of programmes across the HR technology landscape, potentially including HRIS/HCM platforms, recruitment, talent management, learning, integrations, employee experience and HR process transformation . Experience with Workday or similar technology could be beneficial.

The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end programme delivery , from initial planning and requirements through implementation, deployment and adoption. This will include developing programme plans and roadmaps, managing budgets and resources, establishing governance structures, tracking milestones and deliverables, and proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and change.

Working across HR, IT and business functions , the successful candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders and manage relationships with external technology vendors, implementation partners and consultants. They will provide clear programme reporting to senior leadership, ensuring visibility of programme status, key decisions, risks, financials and dependencies.

The role will also have a strong focus on business readiness and adoption , ensuring that technology implementations translate into improved HR processes and employee experiences rather than simply delivering technical solutions.
