IT Program Manager, Security Modernization

This role is a senior-level Program Manager responsible for leading a strategic Information Security Modernization Enterprise Network Segmentation program .

Key duties include

• aligning infrastructure delivery with security, compliance, and operational goals
• coordinating cross-functional teams
• applying Agile/SAFe methodologies
• managing dependencies and risks
• communicating progress to executive leaders
• overseeing large, complex projects or multiple projects with budgets up to $20 million
• providing matrix supervision of IT staff from various departments
• engaging subject matter experts and interfacing with institutional committees
• ensuring projects meet objectives on time, budget, and quality standards
• supporting strategic planning and multi-year initiatives
• mentoring junior staff and modeling best project management practices

Qualifications include a Master's degree with 10+ years or a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience managing complex projects across multiple technological and business areas, demonstrating mastery of PMI processes.

Certifications such as PMP or PgMP are required within two years of hire, with preferred additional certifications like CISM, CISSP, SAFE, or Cisco Network Administrator.

Current work authorization in the U.S. is mandatory.
