Role Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain accounting software applications to meet business requirements.
• Manage system setup, user accounts, roles, and access permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
• Provide technical support to users and assist in preparing reports through the ERP system.
• Monitor system performance, backups, updates, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions in coordination with the IT and Finance teams.
• Support the integration and improvement of accounting and financial processes within the ERP system.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• Specialization in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , preferably with strong experience in accounting and ERP software.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills, including server management, operating system configuration, and user account administration.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills such as basic routing and switching, network monitoring, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support skills focused on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and user-related issues.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Information Technology skills, including incident analysis, problem resolution, and familiarity with common enterprise IT tools.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with security best practices, backup and recovery solutions, and virtualization or cloud platforms.
• Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
