What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (or at least 1–2 years of relevant experience, if preferred).
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C#, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related frameworks) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
