IT Programmer Officer

PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is looking for an IT Programmer Officer to develop, enhance, and maintain applications that support the company's business operations.

You will work with the IT development team to build reliable and scalable applications across web, mobile, and cloud environments.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
• Build and integrate applications with APIs and other internal or external systems.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Perform testing and support application deployment.
• Work with databases and application servers.
• Collaborate with other developers, infrastructure teams, and business users.
• Participate in application improvement and technology modernization initiatives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
3. Good understanding of software engineering concepts, algorithms, and design patterns.
4. Knowledge of one or more programming languages and technologies such as PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, Android/iOS development, Python, or serverless architecture.
5. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
6. Knowledge of REST API development and integration is a plus.
7. Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, is a plus.
8. Familiarity with Git/version control is preferred.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
10. Passionate about learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
