IT Project Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with technical teams to develop accurate technical proposals and deliver the right solutions to meet customer needs
• Deliver impactful presentations, perform solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POC), and technical workshops
• Build strong, long-term trusted relationships by deeply understanding client needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, verticals, and key accounts to expand revenue streams
• Forecast sales pipelines accurately and report to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT, with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or technical roles, particularly within the IT sector
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably candidates who have experience in dealing with IT projects and tenders.
• Able to communicate at all levels, and conduct presentation for dealers
• Possess own transport.
