IT Project Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and documenting IT projects
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and documentation
• Coordinate schedules and communication among internal teams and clients
• Monitor project risks and issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain project files, trackers, and databases

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and grow in IT project coordination
