We're looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and help deliver technical projects for our clients. You'll work closely with Project Managers, IT Engineers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to make sure projects stay on scope, on schedule, and moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers in planning and delivering client IT projects.
• Help create project proposals, timelines, and detailed project plans.
• Break projects into clear tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT Engineers, internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress and make sure key milestones are met.
• Coordinate project activities from requirements gathering and scoping through development, QA, and go-live.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and keep them updated on project progress.
• Facilitate or support daily and weekly project meetings and stakeholder calls.
• Monitor changes to project scope, timelines, and costs, and flag potential issues early.
• Identify project risks and work with the Project Manager to resolve or escalate them.
• Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, status reports, and other project records.
• Support quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements before go-live.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in IT or Managed Services.
• Experience supporting or coordinating multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience working with clients, technical/engineering teams, and vendors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in dealing directly with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable identifying issues and escalating them when needed.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, ConnectWise, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to work a schedule that overlaps with US Eastern Time business hours.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
