**Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and deliverables.

• Task Management: Assign tasks to developers based on project requirements. Monitor task progress to ensure timely completion and escalate issues as needed.

• Progress Tracking: Regularly track the project\progress, maintaining visibility on deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Client Updates: Keep clients informed on the status of their projects, handling any concerns or changes in project scope.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure all technical requirements are understood and met.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for project status, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Risk Management: Identify any potential project risks or delays and proactively address them by coordinating with relevant team members.

  Requirements********

• Bachelor\degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a project coordination role, particularly in IT or software development.

• Strong communication skills to manage both client relationships and internal teams.

• Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting client demands and project requirements.
