IT Project Coordinator – Startup DNA (Manual Testing + Bridge Role)

About the role

We're a small, fast‑moving team looking for a Project Coordinator who can act as the bridge between our developer, sales team, and freelancers. You'll manage projects end‑to‑end, perform manual testing to ensure product quality, and translate technical progress into business outcomes. This role is about adaptability, ownership, and making sure our products meet both technical standards and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive projects from idea to launch, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing; verify bug fixes before release.
• Analyse business requirements and translate developer updates into clear business language for sales.
• Gather customer feedback from sales and channel it back to the developer.
• Ensure product features align with market needs.
• Choose the right AI models and make AI features (like chatbots or smart search) fit into the app.
• Collaborate with UX designers to map out intuitive AI user journeys.
• Assign tasks to freelancers when needed, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Use Trello, Jira, or similar tools to track tasks, manage backlogs, and maintain visibility across the team.
• Work closely with the developer and sales team to prioritize tasks.

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles.
• Exposure to software products (web or mobile).
• Hands‑on experience with manual software testing.
• Familiarity with Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication skills to connect technical and business teams.
• Ability to coordinate freelancers and manage small external contributions.
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Passion for building products in a startup environment.
