• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Milestone Tracking to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Project Management.
• Preparation and presentation of Daily and Weekly Status Reports.
• Effective Cross-Functional Team Coordination to drive project objectives.
• Proactive Issue Escalation and Stakeholder Management to mitigate project risks.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• AI fluency in area of work

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

Job Profile

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
• Ensure tasks and Activities meet the agreed deadlines
• Tracking project progress on regular basis
• Evaluate Project Status and Project Performance

Task tracking and follow up

• Monitor task completion and ensure team members are on track
• Identify the task delays or not meeting the planned dates and updating to Project Manager

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain Project plans and documents.
• Track Project progress and Prepare status reports for project managers
• Ensure all project Related data are up to date

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as the main point of contact between project teams and Project Manager for regular updates on Project status
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication
