About the Role
Join the Professional Services team to deliver Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects across customer environments. Move beyond reactive support while retaining a technical escalation role and building project ownership.

Duties

• Deliver scoped infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Implement migrations, deployments, upgrades and technology changes.
• Plan tasks, manage timeframes and flag risks early.
• Communicate with customers and document project outcomes.
• Support technical escalations and share knowledge.

Skills & Experience

• Broad Microsoft and infrastructure knowledge; Azure/M365 exposure.
• Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Hands-on migrations, deployments, upgrades or project delivery.
• Customer communication and clear technical documentation.
• Workload ownership; scope, risk and change awareness.
